This privacy statement applies to personal data collected when customers use the services of
Oinonen Industry Oy. It does not cover third-party links that may appear in the service, such as Facebook or Instagram.

Exceptions apply to authorized service providers assisting with website production and maintenance, such as technical maintenance, server providers, or payment system providers.

Customer register data is not normally transferred to third parties or outside the EU/EEA.
If a transfer outside the EU/EEA is necessary for the technical implementation of personal data processing, EU GDPR and national data protection legislation requirements are followed.
8. Customer Rights
- If a customer wishes to check the information stored about them or request correction or deletion, the request must be sent in writing to info@oinonenindustry.fi. The data controller responds within two weeks as stipulated in the EU GDPR.
- Right to complain: If the customer has concerns or complaints regarding how we handle their personal data, we ask them to contact us first, and we will try to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
9. Security of the Register
Only employees authorized to handle the data in the course of their work can access customer data. The databases containing customer information are not accessible to outsiders. In the event of a data breach despite all security measures, authorities and affected data subjects will be notified without delay.
